
The PNEUGRAPH sensorless Tire Pressure Measurement System is an innovative design that analyzes the contact patch pressure map of tires when the vehicle drives over a sensing plate. The sensing plate contains specially designed sensors that record the dynamic ground pressures. AI-based software generates an instantaneous tire pressure diagnosis, but can also detect worn tires and analyse the load distribution.
The system can be connected to the internet so that you have all the information at your finger tip: tire pressure history, automatic alerts, statistics, reports and more.

THE SENSING PLATE

This marvel of technology contains complex electronics embedded in a robust design. Our patent-pending sensor technology determines the ground pressure map of the tires while the vehicle drives over it.
Thousends of specially designed and densely packed sensors with high-speed sampling rates ensure the precision of the ground pressure image and allow for a comfortable driving speed.
The plate is very low-profile (< 10 mm) and resistant to heavy truck traffic. Its dimensions are adjustable and adaptable to your driveway.
The sensing plate is protected by a steel cover plate. If necessary, only the mechanical protection needs to be replaced, a quick and inexpensive operation.
THE READER

Based on a powerful industrial computer, the reader captures the data, analyzes it using advanced AI algorithms, and generates an instant tire pressure diagnosis. This diagnosis is then displayed on an interactive LCD screen.
CONNECTIVITY MODULE

This module connects your system to the internet through wired or cellular connection. You will have access to all the information collected by the system via your web user interface. You can configure email and SMS alerts, generate automatic reports, access the history, and much more.
This module includes an identification module in order to assign the data to the correct vehicules. Depending on your fleet conditions, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) or LPR (License Plate Recognition) may be suitable.
EXTERNAL DISPLAYS
We offer a range of matrix displays and custom traffic light-style displays, allowing for immediate driver warnings.

LOAD AND TIRE WEAR MODULES

PNEUGRAPH is designed for fleets of commercial vehicles that return regularly to a depot. Buses, waste trucks, or delivery fleets are typical examples.
The sensor plates may be installed at entry or exit points of a depot, but also as a tool in the workshop. Several plates and readers can be grouped together in the same user interface.
The sensing plate should be installed on firm, flat ground. A few screws are all that is needed for installation. The sensing plate is connected to the reader with an Ethernet cable, which can be buried or laid on the ground with cable protectors.
Depending on the quality of the ground underneath the sensing plate, partial surface leveling with Urethane or Epoxy may be necessary. Our team at PNEUGRAPH can perform the installation or advise you on self-installation.
